Any unique member who opens or interacts with your community in a calendar month. Members who don't show up that month don't count toward your limit.
No — we don't offer a free tier. Paid plans start at $30/mo, and we'll walk you through a live setup on a call so you only start once you're confident it's the right fit.
Annual billing is the same plan at a 20% discount, billed once a year. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Nothing breaks. We'll flag it and help you move to the next tier — your community keeps running throughout.
On the Scale plan, when your community sells tickets, events or digital assets, we take a small percentage of that volume. Everything else is covered by your subscription.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Annual plans run for the term you've paid for, then renew at your discretion.
